Destiny Media Technologies Begins Testing of Clipstream® Live for Military Applications

Vancouver, British Columbia, March 4, 2004 - Destiny Media Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: DSNY; Berlin: DME 935 410) announnced today that Clipstream™ Live is currently in testing with four large independent military suppliers

The Department of Defense (land, sea and air) has a need for reliable live internet streaming video for local and FOL (foreign operating location) maintenance on military vehicles, distance learning and other internal applications.

“This is a significant opportunity for Destiny Media as the adoption of our technology by the military would represent a substantial opportunity,” said Destiny VP, John Gammack. “Reliability, rapid deployment and ease of use are extremely important to the military.  The standards based approach used in Clipstream™ meets these requirements, setting us apart from other competing technologies.”

Clipstream™ is uniquely suited for sensitive real time streaming applications as it is extremely reliable, uses minimal resources and the video can be accessed via any HTML / JAVA compliant device without advance software installation.  Broadcasting is simple and the software is so small that it could be embedded on a standalone hardware device.  Because there is no downloadable player, the content can be accessed natively from almost any browser, meaning minimal maintenance in the field.
