Speech by Prime Minister of Mauritius Broadcast Live through Internet Using Clipstream from Destiny Media

Vancouver, BC --- Destiny Media Technologies (OTCBB: DSNY) announced today a series of successful Clipstream™ playerless live streaming video broadcasts for the labour party of the African island of Mauritius.

Beginning in early June, a series of political meetings were broadcast through the internet using Clipstream™ Live video software. Notable events included one at the Info Hall, at France Centre (Quatre Bornes) and at the waterfront at Port Louis. The Alliance-sociale.biz hosted many videos of the press briefings on its website. The party delivered Java CD’s and the island became Java enabled as a “whisper campaign” circulated through the party workers. The unique Clipstream™ powered communications strategy was written about in the leading daily L'Express.

At a Clipstream™ powered public meeting held at Vacoas, Mr. Naveen Ramgoolam, the current Prime Minister, acknowledged the value of the live internet broadcast as it allowed him to reach several thousand people from around the world.

Broadcasting remote events can be surprisingly simple to set up. From a laptop with web camera, a LAN cable went to a wireless bridge that was strung on a neighboring telephone pole that pointed to another antenna several hundred meters away on a building that had the nearest DSL connection. From that connection, the signal flowed through the internet where it was replicated on Destiny’s managed repeaters in Vancouver to viewers around the world.

"The beauty of Clipstream™ is that its so simple in every aspect of it and yet it delivers; it works! ", said Abhijit Bhattacharjee, an Indian national who represents Clipstream™ in the region and who was contracted for the work by the Mauritius Labour Party.

"When I was contracted for this work, my primary aim was to deliver the results to my clients, in the raw conditions that existed here in this island. I knew that delivery was really important and that the only product that I was sure could deliver reliably under these most challenging circumstance was Clipstream™. It’s a rock solid streaming technology - absolutely military grade. I am happy with my choice and so are my clients who are looking at how this technology can find other applications in this island nation of one million people.

With so many LIVE events under our belt, the word is not new here and Clipstream™ is a known and reliable name. We look at this as the gateway to Africa. The word is traveling. We delivered.”
