MusicMaster for Windows Scheduling Software Supported by Promo Only MPE System

Orlando, FLA --- April 5, 2005---Promo Only and technology partner Destiny Media Technologies announced today that MusicMaster for Windows, the premier music scheduling system in the radio industry, will be supported by the Promo Only MPE digital distribution system.

MusicMaster for Windows is the world’s first truly custom music scheduling software system. Designed primarily for radio stations, the system is also generating music schedules for music television networks, satellite and cable networks, Internet streaming channels, restaurants and clubs, as well as for radio consultants around the world. The software will now be incorporated into the Promo Only MPE Secure Media Delivery System for optional use.

“We want to make sure that MusicMaster for Windows is tied in with the best digital services on the market and we have done that with Promo Only MPE,” said Mark Bolke VP/Chief Operating Officer of MusicMaster. “Promo Only MPE is quickly becoming an industry standard for new music delivery and incorporating MusicMaster for Windows into their system is a way to ensure our users can easily take advantage of their system.”

“We are working hard to make Promo Only MPE a truly complete system,” said Dean Ernst, Director of the Promo Only MPE Project. “With the addition of MusicMaster for Windows, radio receives a more complete solution than anything that is currently available.”

Promo Only MPE also currently supports the Scott Studios broadcast automation software, which is installed at over 4600 radio station clients.

In excess of 300 tracks, including several complete albums, have been delivered to over 200,000 destinations in the US market through Promo Only MPE within the last 6 months. Universal Music Group (UMG) uses the Promo Only MPE System exclusively to electronically deliver both preview and CD-quality audio files to every US major market radio station. Other labels such as the RCA Music Group and the Zomba Label Group have delivered several tracks through the system such as the Backstreet Boys, Dave Matthews Band, Maroon 5 and Kelly Clarkson, among others.

In addition, Mediabase, a division of Premiere Radio Networks, has entered into an exclusive partnership to implement the Promo Only MPE System into their service. Clear Channel has been using the Promo Only MPE System since September of 2004 and has approved and authorized its use in all of their US stations.

Promo Only MPE is currently in use by such radio groups as Cumulus, Infinity, Cox, Citadel, Radio One, Emmis, Entercom, Sirius, XM, Journal, ABC, DMX, Disney, Univision, Westwood One, Regent, Next Media and a number of other media groups.

Promo Only MPE is a highly sophisticated security system, which locks down the distributed tracks and allows labels to specifically authorize their content to a unique user. Each song is uniquely encrypted so that only those with the Promo Only MPE software can access it. Users can have access to their account on multiple machines therefore making the system completely portable.

Promo Only MPE, which is free to radio, is the music industry's most secure option for digital music delivery. Radio stations can request an account for the Promo Only MPE service by filling out the online form at Promo Only MPE is a product of Destiny Media Technologies and is exclusively marketed and distributed by Promo Only.
