Destiny Media Technologies, Inc Announces Reseller Agreement With NTT-X

Vancouver, British Columbia, February 28, 2003 - Destiny Media Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: DSNY; Berlin: DME 935 410) is pleased to announce that NTT-X will be reselling Clipstream™ powered advertising campaigns in Japan.

NTT-X, a subsidiary of Japan's Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation, operates a popular Web search portal called goo™ which is rivaled in local popularity only by Yahoo!Japan™. In November 2001, NTT-X expanded their Web business with the launch of a new broadband broadcasting site called "goo Broadband".

On October 24th, 2002, Destiny's partner DSI Interactive announced a Clipstream™ advertising license with Goo ( Based on this successful initial launch, NTT-X will be adding Clipstream™ to their catalogue as an official product offering.

NTT-X will be licensing Clipstream™ to companies such as ISP's, broadband content portals, hosting companies and clients interested in advertising their products / services via email advertising.
