Destiny releases VideoClipstream and Clipstream Pro at Streaming Media West 2000

Company Releases Improved Java Based Streaming Media Tools

Vancouver. B.C. - Destiny Media Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: DSNY) announces that they will showcase the latest developments in their proprietary Java based streaming media tools. Destiny will preview its upcoming VideoClipstream™ playerless java video streaming solution and its improved Clipstream™ 2.0 Professional edition at this year's Streaming Media West. Destiny will be exhibiting at booth #827, December 12-14 in San Jose, California.

Both VideoClipstream™ and Clipstream™ Pro provide, ease of use and a high level of flexibility for web developers and e-marketers using streaming media in their email, banner ads and websites.

Clipstream™ is a small but powerful Java applet that streams high quality audio of any length to web browsers and email clients without the need for a player download or a special media server. The new 2.0 Pro version provides additional options to developers such as skin creation to allow seamless visual design, advanced Javascript interaction enabling various trigger events to activate the stream, streamlined production and implementation and greater dynamic range in the audio stream.

VideoClipstream™ further enhances the Clipstream™ technology by adding on-demand video streaming. Using standard http servers, VideoClipstream™ streams motion video at bit rates ranging from 28 to 800kpbs to Java-capable browsers and email clients, again without the need for plugins or extra players.

"VideoClipstream™ is an exciting addition to our Java based playerless strategy. Clipstream™ is the most robust playerless audio and video solution for web marketers targeting an increasingly diverse assortment of platforms, browsers and email clients," said Destiny's CEO, Steve Vestergaard. "By using Clipstream's Java media streaming, you can be assured that your streaming media will reach 93% of the Internet audience easily and simply, without forcing them to download a player."

Clipstream™ Java playerless audio technology is being used by such companies as (Nasdaq: MPPP), Bell South (NYSE: BLS), and TouchMarketing Inc. to add quality streaming audio to web marketing campaigns and websites.

Streaming Media West is the major streaming industry event of the year, and is expected to host 15,000 attendees and over 275 exhibitors.
