Destiny is pleased to announce that it has amended its US Patent Application #20020146122 and is optimistic that the application will be granted.

The patent application is for a "Digital Media Distribution System and Method" and if granted it protects the claims used in the Play MPE® system to a foreign priority date of March 3, 2000 and an international Patent Cooperation Treaty filing date of March 5, 2001.
